FAQ & STUDIO CLASS POLICIES

My goal is to provide a welcoming, inclusive space for folks to come experiment and learn more about clay. Please be kind and respectful to everyone in the studio space.

Payment Plan: If you are in need of a payment plan please don’t hesitate to reach out! I offer 50% down and then the remainder 50% is charged 10 days before class. (If this doesn’t work - still reach out and we can make something work!)

Refunds: Offered up until 30 days before class date, minus a 10% admin processing fee. 

Cancellations/unforeseeable circumstances: If a class or workshop is cancelled upon my behalf - the class will be refunded in full.

Make-ups and open studio time: students will have access to limited open studio time. And there will be one makeup session held towards the end of the class period.
